At Indigo Pride, all products are made to order using high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) printing and other professional production methods. We partner with trusted third-party fulfillment providers to ensure every order meets our quality standards.

Our Printing Partners

We work with three fulfillment platforms:

• Printful – Products are printed and shipped by our vetted Printful partners.

• Gelato – Products are printed at a local facility near the delivery address when possible, reducing transit time and environmental impact.

• Merch by Amazon – Products are printed and shipped directly by Amazon.

Production Process

Once you place your order, it is automatically sent to one of our printing partners based on product type, availability, and destination. Each product is produced only after you order it — we do not hold pre-printed inventory.

Quality Assurance

Our fulfillment partners use industry-standard printing techniques and conduct quality checks before packaging. If there is a production defect, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.

Shipping & Tracking

• Printful & Gelato: Free shipping is included in the product price. You will receive an email with a tracking link when your order ships.

• Merch by Amazon: Shipping costs are determined by Amazon and depend on your account status (e.g., Prime membership). Tracking is available through your Amazon account order history.
